Magnesium

Magnesium is involved in hundreds of reactions in your body, from muscle function to energy production to sleep. Most people don’t get enough of it, and hard training, sweat, and stress all raise the demand.

The most common forms of magnesium supplements are poorly absorbed, so we use 200mg from glycinate, which is gentle on the stomach and supports relaxation and sleep, plus 100mg from malate, which supports energy production and muscle recovery.
